Cottage 304 is a cozy, new construction, 2 bedroom house where you’ll feel right at home during your stay. No need to trailer your ATVs! We’re located just 1 mile from the Bearwallow trail of the Hatfield McCoy trails. Enjoy evenings grilling your favorite meal on our park-style grill or relaxing by the fire pit. We're minutes from dining, shopping, and entertainment. We offer plenty of private, secure parking, quality mattresses, and new furnishings that will make your stay truly the best!

Bring the whole family and enjoy your stay at Evelyn’s Estates, located within a couple miles to downtown Logan, Hatfield and McCoy trail access, restaurants, shopping, local entertainment and fuel stations. Approx 2000 sq/ft home that sleeps 12 with 5 bedrooms/3 full baths. All areas have their own climate control capabilities. Fully equipped kitchen. Brand new cabin/cottage located just outside Man, WV. We are 3 miles away from Rockhouse and Braveheart HMT Trail heads as well as Outlaw trails! Private bedroom (Queen) as well as a loft bedroom (full), and a second loft with 3 pull out (twin) beds. The lofts are open to the floor below. The sofa also pulls out to a full size bed. Outside we have a charcoal grill, picnic table, and 4 chairs. We also provide corn hole boards for you to enjoy a relaxing evening after riding the trails.

The space is a large art/photography studio that has been transformed into an inviting living space. You’ll love the peace and quiet after a day on the trails.
