Classic two story home (Edwardian) in the heart of San Francisco. Only 10 minutes walk from iconic sites: Fisherman's Wharf, Little Italy, Chinatown, Coit Tower, Lombard (Crookedest) St, and the cable car stops just around the corner. This is a single family home. I live in the top floor of this residential unit. Guests occupy the ground floor. My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. I welcome Guests of all races, faiths, genders and sexual orientations.

I would love to host you in my modern and clean home right in the middle of one of the most coveted neighborhoods in the city, the Marina District. You will only be a few steps to the Marina waterfront, beach, and Crissy Field. If you look toward your left, you can’t miss the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. You can stroll to Chestnut Street and Union Street where you will find restaurants and trendy store fronts.

Enjoy this clean, quiet, & comfortable suite in a Tuscan Villa with incredible Pacific Ocean views. Surrounded by nature, you'll wake up to birds singing and watch the sunset in the company of bunnies, red tail hawks, and the occasional deer. Beautiful hikes are right outside the door here in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Just 15 minutes from SFO or downtown San Francisco, you are close to everything, but far from the hustle and bustle. You can even walk to the beach if you like!

Away from street. Private outdoor area. In Polk & Chestnut area, close to great restaurants/cafes, easy walk to Aquatic Park and Ghirardelli Square. I live within the three bedroom residential unit and will be sharing the residential unit with guests during their stay (with a separate entrance).

The outside deck is the perfect location to take in the amazing views, relax and recharge for your next beach adventure.

Ocean Beach Lux Retreat Back from Remodel

This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas. Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed. This is a residential neighborhood and outdoor volumes must be kept at a minimum at all times. No parties or loud gatherings.
