Villa Giuliana is an elegant early ‘900 villa where to spend your holiday on Menaggio, at the hearth of lake Como. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The property is located in the upper part of the enchanting Laglio, a small village characterised by pretty and quiet alleys. The house consists of a living room (lake view), a living area with kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a garden with wide lake view. Private parking space on the property.

Surrounded by other vintage villas, the house is centrally located but very quiet, not far from the railway line that allows you to travel to Milan, Brescia or Franciacorta. It has a private garden with a dining area.
