Lovely private 1879 Victorian built by Lompoc founder W.W. Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Reservation includes two bedrooms with queen beds. Note: Entrance stairs may be difficult for those with limitations. No pets. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Dare 2 Dream Farms Homestead

The large farmhouse is designed to elevate a gathering, bringing people together for large family meals and backyard entertainment, and replete with farm-life experiences. Gather ingredients from the farm-stand out front, watch the family farm in action as we garden and tend to the livestock, and enjoy the abundance of wild animals including deer, turkeys, and quail. The space is thoughtfully curated with old barnwood beams, abundant space to rest, and amenities to entertain the whole family.

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Bunkhouse - Cozy Rustic Retreat

Stay in a rustic ranch bunkhouse, a true country getaway. This log cabin has a tin roof and expansive views of wine country and farm land. Stroll the property to visit livestock (goats, alpacas, chickens, etc) and take a short drive to the best vineyards. We are right over the hill from some of the best wine in the valley: Brickbarn, Dierberg- Star Lane, Melville, Foley, Alma Rosa, etc. We are also close to Industrial Eats, Firestone, The Hitching Post, and The Tavern at Zaca Creek.

You will instantly relax as you drive up to Wild Oak Ranch Retreat and see the 180 degree views! Pure privacy and relaxation yet just a few miles from local wineries. Welcome to Grandview in Buellton, CA, in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country. Perched on 23 acres amidst rolling hills and breathtaking views, this rustic retreat comes lined with grape vines and a private pond. Sid by the pond and relax and sip local wines on the pier admiring the view. At the end of the day cook up delicious meals while taking in the gorgeous sunsets from the wrap-around deck. Please note: There is a quiet, long-term tenant/caretaker on site.
