Newly built,secluded 600 sq ft 1 bedroom home with panoramic views of all of San Luis Obispo. Home is centrally located at 7min from both downtown &/or wineries, 3 miles to Cal Poly- but is completely quiet with no traffic on our multi acre property. This home shares the driveway and parking with our family’s main house, but the home has been designed for the two sets of 8ft glass sliders to have unobstructed views while maintaining complete privacy. We are 15 minutes to Avila and Pismo Beach.

It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and queen memory foam sofa bed, there are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, porcelain flooring throughout including heated bathroom floor.
