The Park and golf course are our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens our neighbours. Lavender Farm is a short walk too and Brands Hatch 10mins drive. Double bed, sitting area, TV\DVD, kitchenette. Small dining area, tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom with toilet, sink and large walk in shower. Bedlinen and towels provided, and a complementary evening meal or home made snacks during longer term stays.

Rose Cottage at Blackmoor Farm is a charming 16th century barn conversion on a picturesque farm in Surrey. Situated just two miles from junction 10 on the M25 it is 30 minutes from Heathrow and Gatwick airports. London is a 40-minute train ride away. We are three miles from the Grange Park Opera. A car is essential. EV charging is not available.

Enjoy a peaceful stay. Mogador is a small Hamlet close to Reigate, Epsom and Banstead. This entire bungalow has a small self contained garden area with many local walks. A local pub within a few minutes walk and is within easy access of the M25 and Gatwick airport.
