Easy access to Pacific Coast Hwy and the 55 Fwy, yet you are only 2 blocks from the ocean and a 7-10 min walk to 32nd St. Beach. Lido Marina Village, a beautiful waterfront shopping/dining area is a 5 minute walk away. Newport Pier, where you’ll find great surfing, beaches, shops & restaurants is a 15 minute walk away. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so party people should look elsewhere.

The private deck has a gas BBQ, comfy swivel rockers, two chaise lounge chairs and a fire pit. Your shared garage has bikes, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and lots of beach toys.
