Our loft is located in a lovely converted factory. It boasts stunning 20ft ceilings in the living room, kitchen, spacious bathroom with W/D, 1 bedroom and attached den (no door). It comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a twin that expands to a king in the den. You cannot beat the location! It is next to the 126 NYC bus stop and ferry. It is also next to Washington St. (which is full of restaurants and shops) and across a grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and cafes.

We gladly welcome clean, well behaved pets. ($50 pet fee) Pet sitting and dog walking available for an additional fee. On site babysitting also available.
