Our newly renovated studio apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20), looking to the Down street (Donja ulica), and the Forum Pub which we recomand for the best cocktails in Rab. Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the old town of Rab. The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... Free parking in the old town for all our guests.

When Franka and Grga Kalebić retire, they decide to try their hand at the tourism industry. They have been actively involved in it since 1989. From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Since the owners are very fond of tradition and family in such an environment, we host our guests. Our apartment is perfect for a family trip or a romantic getaway.

Studio apartman Otto nalazi se u samom centru Punta udaljen samo 800 m od plaže. Ovaj klimatizirani apartman sadrži sve potrebno za obiteljski ili romantičan izlet. Gosti mogu besplatno koristiti WiFi, a u jedinici se nalaze ručnici i posteljina. Apartman se sastoji od kuhinje, blagavaonice, sobe i kupaonice, a gostima je na raspolaganju i besplatan parking. Apartman ima 50 m2, a sastoji se od kuhinje i dnevnog boravka, dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonice sa tuš kabinom, te prostrane terase od 20 m2. Centar grada udaljen je 700 metara,udaljenost do plaže 800 metara. Na raspolaganju su vam klima uređaj, WiFi, SAT-TV, zajednički roštilj i parkirno mjesto u dvorištu. Kućni ljubimci nisu dopušteni.

Although perfect for us, its tranquility may not suit all.

Vlatkoviceva city center apartment

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.
