The back yard has a privacy fence and a fire pit. If you prefer to stay in, there are tons of games to play as well as a dart board in the basement. The house is equipped with smart TVs and hi-speed internet. The beds are warm and cozy with fresh laundered linens, comforters, and blankets. Two bedrooms down and one up. One bath downstairs

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Vermilion cottage, beach 5 min, Cedar Point 30 min

Recharge & Reconnect at this cozy 450 sq ft cottage in Vermilion — perfectly sized for couples, solo travelers, or a small family. Downtown Vermilion shops along with Main Street beach are approximately 5 minutes by car, and Cedar Point is 30 minutes away. Linwood Park's private sandy beach are also just under a mile by car (extra fee). One queen bed plus a queen pull-out in the living room sleeps up to 4. Stocked kitchen, Keurig, Smart TV, and driveway with room for a smaller boat trailer.
