Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Kitchen including fridge, microwave, sink, coffee pot, toaster, blender, toaster oven, electric skillet, crockpot, dishes. Featuring a shuffleboard table in the saloon.
