Situated in the manicured gardens of Lompoc founder William Broughton's historic 1879 Victorian, the Magnolia Cottage offers a comfy Queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, WiFi and cable TV. Nearby attractions include La Purisima Mission,the Wine Ghetto, Solvang, Santa Barbara, beaches and many wineries. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Fill your days lounging poolside, unwinding with happy hour in the Adirondacks and strolling into town (10 min walk) to the famous Bob’s Bakery for fresh croissants and espresso or try one of the many restaurants or tasting rooms. You may never want to leave!

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Cozy BEE Cottage in Santa Ynez

Come settle in to the Cozy "BEE" Cottage located in beautiful Santa Ynez. Situated on a quaint dirt cul-de-sac walking distance to downtown. You will be greeted with a rose covered trellis entry gate and spacious fully enclosed yard for your furry family member. Studio feels much larger than it's 500 sq ft. but retains a warm and cozy feel. Short walk into the town of Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/Los Olivos/Balllard/Buellton.

Rustic retreat

This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

Welcome to Bodega House, a restored 1920s farmhouse in the center of Los Alamos. The home features a serene queen bedroom and a separate lounge space, along with a sleeper sofa in the living area. Thoughtfully designed for two adults, the house can also comfortably host one to two children on the sleeper sofa. It’s an ideal setting for couples or small families seeking the ease and privacy of a home while being just steps away from the best of Los Alamos.

Guesthouse in Ballard

Enjoy the serenity of Ballard in this charming neighborhood. A quiet respite from the hustle & bustle in a beautiful setting. Our home was built around 1911 & recently restored, keeping its original character in tact. A short walk to the delicious Bob's Well Bread & the Ballard Inn Restaurant. Not to mention down the road from wine tasting, delicious restaurants & shopping. Come relax & enjoy this beautiful home & great location as much as we do.

Den Street Cottage

Welcome to the Den Street Cottage! We are a private 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage right off Bell Street (the Main Street of Los Alamos). Lots of charm in this stay. Enjoy a glass a wine your private outdoor space. We sleep 6 very comfortably. If your group is larger than 6, just reach out to us. No immediate neighbors, so there’s privacy. Have a glass of wine at Casa Dumetz, grab a pizza from Full of Life and then stroll to your home away from home.
