A lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa, with spa, garden and spacious roof terrace. superbly located on La Torre Golf, walking distance to the restaurants, pools and shops. Murcia is one of the sunniest regions in Europe and the surrounding areas are full of activities, whether you are looking for a family holiday, active holiday, golf holiday or just want to relax on the beach. Casa Midu -strand playa lo Sola (5 min. lopen)

Casa Midu ligt in een rustige mooie buurt op maar 5-7 minuten lopen van het strand playa lo Sola. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur. De woning heeft een terras met een Kamado BBQ waar je van de ochtend en middagzon kan genieten. Ook is er boven nog een patio waar je heerlijk kan vertoeven. Casa Midu heeft twee badkamers en drie slaapkamers. Twee slaapkamers hebben een twee persoonsbed en de andere heeft twee een persoonsbedden. De woning heeft in iedere kamer airco. Supermarkt- 3 min lopen

Leilighet med stor solrik terrasse nær stranden

Leilighet i andre etasje med 3 soverom, stue, velutstyrt kjøkken og 2 bad. Boligen har solrik hjørneterrasse på 65 m2 med utgang fra stuen og to soverom. Parkeringsplass i felles garasje, og heis fra garasjen til leiligheten. Felles basseng. Det er ca. 200 meter til stranden ved Mar Menor med koselig strandpromenade på 7 km, og flere barnevennlige strender. Leiligheten ligger sentralt i Los Alcázares med gangavstand til butikker, restauranter og barer. Det er flere golfbaner i nærheten.

There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

Sunny house in a very quiet area on the beach

Duplex in a very quiet and safe residential area. A few meters from the beach and 15 minutes by car from the golf courses in the area. The Los Narejos neighborhood also has good restaurants and shopping centers. Ice cream parlors, swimming pool, tennis courts. A 6-kilometer-long promenade that can be explored by bicycle or on foot. The house has an outdoor dining area on the porch where you can enjoy the good weather and with the ideal southern orientation in winter.
