This contemporary oceanfront townhouse on quiet and star-studded Malibu Road has amazing views, granite and limestone kitchen & bathrooms, living room with fireplace, tub for two, one parking space, and lounge/recreation area. It is spacious, quiet and private with sounds of the rhythmic surf in every room. We are located a short drive or bike ride to all the great shopping and dining Malibu has to offer. In addition to the beach, there are lots of hiking/biking trails and wine tasting nearby.

Watch the sunset while having dinner at the kitchen table. 5 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to The Riviera Village with restaurants, shopping . Grab the cruisers, ride on The Strand to Hermosa or Manhattan. Live like a local!

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Small dogs might allowed with Pet fee but MUST be approved by owner.
