We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

Private casita in the trees along the Rio Grand River. Walk, bike, or run on the Bosque Trail along the acequia (waterway) or wander by the Rio Grande River with a perfect view of Sandia Mountain. The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round. Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.
