Large country Lodge with wood fired hot tub and sauna with panoramic views of the Perthshire hills. Relax in your large private garden with outside dining/BBQ area or explore the 6 acres of extensive gardens, woodland and paddocks with friendly farm animals; miniature Donkeys, Pigmy goats, VBN sheep and chickens. Only 10 mins from the A9 between Dunblane and Braco. For bigger groups we have an additional cottage (sleeps 5) and Shepherd’s Hut (sleeps 2+ child)-see other listings at location

Enjoy a relaxing stay at Edinburgh's seaside in our spacious, recently renovated Garden Annex. You will have sole use of the space during your stay, with a dedicated entrance via the large South facing fully enclosed garden. The accommodation has everything you will need for a chilled beachside stay, including a two person sauna, two person bath under skylight and a super king size bed. With the sea and sand just a stroll away, and excellent links to the city centre, it's a great location.

A huge window frames the heather hills and woodlands of the Pentland Hills Regional Park close to Edinburgh. Edinburgh is ~30 mins drive or hike from the doorstep into the Scottish wilderness. Picnic on a hill top, then return to sooth your legs in the wood-fired sauna yurt (available to book as an extra).

TBWB is a rural off grid eco retreat nestled in the heart of East Lothian, Scotland. This enchanting space is ideal for walkers, couples, and their furry companions. Disconnect from technology and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of nature. Here, you won't find a TV or WiFi, but we offer an extensive collection of books, games, a radio, and even an outdoor bath and new bespoke wood burning sauna for ultimate relaxation. With every booking made we will be planting a tree on the farm.

The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
