Relax in your large private garden with outside dining/BBQ area or explore the 6 acres of extensive gardens, woodland and paddocks with friendly farm animals; miniature Donkeys, Pigmy goats, VBN sheep and chickens. Our property is a beautiful detached central villa full of facilities built on Leven Links Open Championship Qualifying Golf Course Near St. Andrews, just 100 metres away from the beach. It has incredible views over the golf course, the beach and Largo Law, while situated in a practical location close to all amenities. The beach is considered to be one of the top beaches in Scotland for swimming, bathing and recreation, which is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer months.

Private apartment in modern farmhouse

Relax in a modern home on our 20 hectare (50 acre) working organic farm just a few miles south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
