Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Located in a quiet cove, this gorgeous home features an open living space, 2 fireplaces, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, rec room, & office. Outside, you'll find a screened-in porch, EV charger, deck, and patio with hammock and hot tub with lake views for ultimate relaxation. Head out the back door to our private dock and lake access! Central AC, wifi, and dog-friendly, 9 min drive to downtown groceries!

Guests have walked to Barboursville and Barn 678 Vineyards. 25 minutes from Charlottesville. 11 wineries, 2 breweries & 1 Cidery within 10 miles. 40 minutes to the Shenandoah National Park. We are cooks & have furnished kitchen for those that like to cook. We sell local eggs, herbs, preserves, produce and honey harvested on the property. Access to the property is from an exterior stairway.

It is great to be so near to Charlottesville, on the Monticello side of town, with quick access to all Charlottesville has to offer. So many wineries close by. Beautiful countryside. Yet affordable.
