We are in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to trails, close to shopping areas & I-25. Host lives upstair and is available to assist & would like to make your stay confortable & enjoyable.

Just a few blocks from the Chilson Ctr. and Downtown, easy access to I-25 and HWY 34 (road to Estes Park). This unit has everything you need: dining area, kitchenette with induction cooker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sink, disposal, and more. Does not include a range. Has a 3/4 bath with step-in shower, dresser, desk, streaming TV, walk-in closet and private deck.

Perfect location to hop on the paved river trail with a bike and brewery hop in Fort Collins, explore Lory State Park, raft the Poudre River, float in Horsetooth Reservoir, and rock climb in the canyon. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large, private full bath. The Living Room features a fireplace, sofa, sitting chairs,TV, table, and an additional queen size bed. The suite includes a mini kitchen for cooking simple meals and snacks. We live on the main level and will be available if needed.
