On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

The 2 room flat is cosy & peaceful, suitable for tourists or business travellers. It has a separate bedroom with double bed, large built-in closet & living room with a comfy sofa bed. Kitchen is well equipped with Siemens machines including kettle, Nespresso & other machines. The luxurious bathroom is very spacious with a designer bath.

Wir bieten für Wanderer, Skitourer und Auszeitler unsere Ferienwohnung am Biobauernhof am Rand von Puchberg am Schneeberg an. 2 Gäste sind im Preis enthalten. Person 3 & 4 kosten je 13€/Nacht. Die Reinigungspauschale ist für bis zu 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder 40€. Bei 3-4 Erwachsenen sind für den 3. & 4. Gast pro Kopf 13€ zusätzlich vor Ort zu zahlen (also max. 60€ Endreinigung). Die Gemeinde Puchberg hebt zudem eine Kurtaxe pro Erwachsener von 2,90€/Nacht ein, die ebenfalls vor Ort hinzu kommt.

You can easily reach the city center by Tram ( 10 min to Opera). AC equipped.

From May to September, relax in the heated pool and soak up the sweeping views. Heading to the slopes? A shuttle to the Puchenstuben ski area (15 min away) is available for a small fee. And yes—there’s excellent Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely.
