Welcome to my newly renovated house with garden and a heated pool on the southern outskirts of Vienna. You will be in the center of Vienna or on the airport in no time. The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Newly renovated stylish appartement located in French District of Vienna, very central, 2 mins walk away from public transport & 7 mins ride to the city center. The 2 room flat is cosy & peaceful, suitable for tourists or business travellers. It has a separate bedroom with double bed, large built-in closet & living room with a comfy sofa bed. Kitchen is well equipped with Siemens machines including kettle, Nespresso & other machines. The luxurious bathroom is very spacious with a designer bath.

Wir bieten für Wanderer, Skitourer und Auszeitler unsere Ferienwohnung am Biobauernhof am Rand von Puchberg am Schneeberg an. 2 Gäste sind im Preis enthalten. Person 3 & 4 kosten je 13€/Nacht. Die Reinigungspauschale ist für bis zu 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder 40€. Bei 3-4 Erwachsenen sind für den 3. & 4. Gast pro Kopf 13€ zusätzlich vor Ort zu zahlen (also max. 60€ Endreinigung). Die Gemeinde Puchberg hebt zudem eine Kurtaxe pro Erwachsener von 2,90€/Nacht ein, die ebenfalls vor Ort hinzu kommt.

The studio is well equipped and situated in the 3rd Viennese district. Has a direct connection with Metro to the airport (20 min), city center (7 min) and Train station ( 10 min) There are 2 spacious terraces with a view over Vienna. A big supermarket, asian market and a drugstore are just few steps away. There is also Pizza Dominos, asian and oriental restaurant around the corner. You can easily reach the city center by Tram ( 10 min to Opera). AC equipped.

Book your stay and enjoy two cozy, beautifully decorated log cabins all to yourself, set on a private, fully enclosed property. A sauna and gym are available on request. From May to September, relax in the heated pool and soak up the sweeping views. Heading to the slopes? A shuttle to the Puchenstuben ski area (15 min away) is available for a small fee. And yes—there’s excellent Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely.
