Central location with quality and eclectic dining and entertainment options all within easy walking distance, close to Union Station and the new Train to the Plane, and easy access to I-25 and I-70. This one bedroom apartment has a full kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom and living room with cable tv, and a bluetooth speaker. Super comfy queen bed in beautiful, clean and newly built apartment above our garage.

Two bedroom one bath clean, restored historic home in Lower Highland—LoHi—a family-friendly, safe, pleasant neighborhood. Great restaurants are within a quick and enjoyable walk. The Platte River jogging trail is just down the hill, and the central business district and Union station are a 1.5 mile easy walk through cute historic neighborhoods. We are glad to assist you in any way you need during your stay. We are especially happy to make recommendations in terms of what to do or where to eat.

This modern and spacious apartment is in the best area in Denver! It comes fully furnished with a king bed and option of adding an air mattress. Close to everything, quiet and spacious, it's perfect for couples, small families and professionals. Please note that this is located underneath our main house. We do our best to be respectful of our renters, and make a special effort to be quiet during typical sleeping hours. However, we do have two young children who sometimes have their own agendas.

Our private cottage style apartment was completed in late 2018 and was designed to be a comfortable, calm get away in the heart of our busy and growing city. It is walking distance from fantastic restaurants, parks, and historical sites. It is a quick 5 minute drive (or 20 minute walk) into the heart of downtown Denver.

It's the perfect spot to explore all the city has to offer with many of the city's best restaurants, breweries, rooftop patios and coffee shops just steps from your front door. Popular attractions like Ball Arena, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field and downtown are also walkable from this centrally located apartment. And, if adventure is calling, easily escape the city for a concert at Red Rocks or a hike in the mountains!

A half mile from I-70, which takes you to the mountains (Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, etc.). Less than a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Downtown Denver, Coors Field, Broncos stadium & Union Station.
