You’ll be sure to leave with happy memories no matter what brings you to LBK--TTU game weekends, business, or family getaways. This comfortable home is located close to golf and all of Lubbock's best restaurants and shopping. It is also less than 10 minutes from TTU, LCU, and the medical district.

The Mission Belle

This Spanish revival home is located in Lubbock’s historic district just two blocks from Texas Tech. You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. Enjoy outdoor spaces on the large front patio or the brick patio in the back with a grill. We have lovingly restored this nearly 100 year old home and kept as many of its original features as possible- including the windows and the cast iron kitchen sink and bathtub!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.
