Texas Tech, Covenant Medical Center, and UMC are minutes away and many restaurants are available within a mile of the villa. Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

Lots of restaurants and shopping are near by. Tech and the medical district are just a short 10 minute drive. Features a luxurious master suite with a king bed, a king in bedroom 2, and a spacious queen in the 3rd bedroom. We've equipped this house with the fastest Wi-Fi available and an electric vehicle charger.

The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!
