La cascina, luogo ideale per trascorrere un rilassante soggiorno immersi nella quiete della natura alpina, è un'ottima base per praticare bouldering a Chironico, a Cresciano e scalata a Sobrio, oltre che un perfetto punto di partenza per stupende escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta e sport invernali.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Casa storica del 1669, ristrutturata nel 1977 e rinnovata nel 2017. È ubicata nella parte bassa di Semione, a diretto contatto con la campagna. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo rurale circondato da campi, frutteti e vigne distante 300 metri dal fiume. È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna. I due appartamenti sono collegati da una scala interna che permette di disporre di tutta la casa.
