Dall' 01.10 all'01.06 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot per immergervi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa.

Ristoranti, musei e caffè sono raggiungibili a piedi, comodamente in bus grazie alla fermata ad un paio di minuti o con la Citybike, la cui postazione è vicinissima all'appartamento.

Appartamento con sei gradini prima dell'ingresso. Moderno e completamente rinnovato da poco. Salone ben illuminato con Smart tv 43 pollici ( Netflix ) e WI-FI privato. Con balcone e splendida vista sul lago e montagne, possibilità di un posto letto(divano). Bagno con vasca, bidet e lavatrice. Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.
