Croatia Heaven - Eco Villa Lun with pool & sauna

The eco-friendly 4-star Croatia Heaven villa on Pag accommodates up to 7 guests across 100 m². This modern, ground-level, non-smoking villa features a terrace and private pool with sea views. It offers a sauna, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a WC, linens, towels, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is allergy-friendly and cleaned with eco-friendly products. An electric vehicle charging station is also available – perfect for a sustainable getaway. (Pool usage: May- early October)

Located on the outskirts of Novalja, Villa Mareta offers its guests an escape from the hustle of everyday life. Surrounded only by untouched nature, this charming house gives you a feeling of being away from civilization, yet staying close to everything that Novalja has to offer. The centre of Novalja, being only 1.2 km away, is easily accessible with its selection of cafes and restaurants offering traditional food. For those in the mood for some partying, the famous Zrće beach is 2 km away.

Have a break and spend some time at Lun - the most beautiful place in this region of the Adriatic coast, with thousand years old olive trees, clean sea and stunning nature. Lun is a small place and distanced from the big cities, thus it has a clean sea and beaches, ideally for a vacation. Closest city is Novalja(about 20km away) and closest island is Rab. We have a regular daily boat line towards Rab(very affordable), so a great opportunity to make a little excursion or spend a day/night.

Ako se želite sa svojom obitelji odmoriti od svakodnevnog stresa ili tijekom vrućih ljetnih mjeseci potražiti osvježenje u moru Lun je pravo mjesto za vas. Idealni smo za obitelj, dvorište je zatvoreno i sigurno za djecu tako da možete bezbrižno uživati u svom odmoru. Nalazimo se u blizini centra nedaleko od mora, javna plaža, trgovina i restoran su samo 50m udaljeni od apartmana. U sklopu objekta imamo i bicikle uz nadoplatu.

Supermarkt, Apotheke, Drogerie, Bäcker und diversen Cafés, Restaurants, Hafen, sowie der Stadtwald in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen sind, ist das Haus eine Oase der Ruhe in zauberhafter Natur.

The apartment is part of a new built house where only natural materials like old recycled stones and bricks were used which give it a special Mediterranean charme.
