Ainutlaatuinen huvila järven rannalla

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Villa Ruoholampi Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. (In 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.)

Tupakeittiö (liesi, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro), parisänky, pyydettäessä saatavilla vauvalle matkasänky, ruokapöytä, tv chrome castilla, netti, vesivessa, suihku, pukuhuone ja puusauna.. Ulkona puugrilli varusteineen. Iso lasitettu terassi säteilijällä. Hintaan kuuluu liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet, puut, sup-laudat ja soutuvene. Hanasta tulee juomakelpoinen ja lämmin vesi.

Haluatko mökkeillä maaseudulla ja kuitenkin lähellä palveluja? Tule vieraaksi järven rannalla sijaitsevaan perinteiseen pyöröhirsimökkiimme! Mökissä on nykyaikaiset mukavuudet ja WC. Rannassa on puulla lämpiävä sauna, jonne vesi kannetaan järvestä tai mökistä. Huom! Sinun pitää osata lämmittää puusauna ja peseytyä saunassa. Mökissä ei ole suihkua. Kouvolaan, Tykkimäelle ja Mielakan rinnekeskukseen vain 20-25 min ja pääkaupunkiseudulta alle 2 tunnin ajomatka. Ei bileporukoille.

New 2-room apartment near center, idyllic location

Excellent location in the idyllic park -like area just off the center traffic noise. Beach track and services nearby. The newly completed air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts. Experience the wonderful peace of the stone house and the atmospheric environment. You also have a free WiFi, a parking space with canopy and electric vehicle charging station. We make the beds ready, so bed linen, towels and detergents are included in the price.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Rock House, luonnon keskellä, järvinäkymin, Saimaa

Rockhouse on käsin lähipuista rakennettu. Maja on mukavuuksilla varustettu lämmin maja kalliolla luonnon ja metsän eläinten keskellä. Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.

Taiga Kallioranta – mökki ja rantasauna

TAIGA KALLIORANTA Ympäri vuoden avoinna oleva 30 m²:n pieni, omatoiminen luksusmökki Vääräjärven hiljaisuudessa Mäntyharjun ja Ristiinan välissä. Rauhallinen pakopaikka pariskunnille, etätyöhön tai luovaan irtiottoon. Täällä eivät humise autot tai naapurit, vaan ympärillä on mäntyjä, järvi ja kallioranta. Mökissä on varusteltu keittiö, wc ja kylpyhuone. Illan kruunaa sauna vain 10 metrin päässä rannasta. Loppusiivous kuuluu vieraille.
