Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Entire house - in town East Burke

Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close.

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 25

Fairbanks Retreat - Cozy 2 bedroom 2nd floor home

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located upstairs apartment. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. Sit outside and enjoy your coffee, meals or a cocktail on the spacious covered porch. Try some of our amazing local restaurants or cook in and share your meals at the large dining room table. Get comfy on the couches and watch a movie, play a game, do a puzzle, read a book or just relax.

The Big Barn occasionally opens its doors for an impromptu Wine Tasting Hour-complimentary! This is more than a stay; it is an escape with miles of trails and a private pond waiting for you to explore.

Burke SugarShack - Three Bedrooms - Sleeps Six!

Enjoy all that East Burke & Kingdom Trails has to offer. Secluded near the end of a dead end street. KT has built the new "Sugar Shack" trail on our property to access Last Call which links to Bottoms Up and empties you right at Mike's Tiki Bar. Proudly one of the almost 70 Kingdom Trails landowners! 3 bedrooms with 4 beds & sleeps 6. (NOTE: NO MORE THAN SIX GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY!) Secure SugarShack out back for all of your gear. Waterfront cabin

This one bedroom waterfront guest cabin is located on Great Hosmer Pond in the beautiful town of Craftsbury Common, Vermont. The owners of the property live in the main house. The cabin has access to the cross country ski trails of the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Swimming dock on property with access to a canoe and kayaks. The cabin is made of double tongue and grooved red western cedar. The cabin is available year round except for 'mud season'.
