Welcome to our villa located in peaceful surroundings near forest and nature. With a spacious garden, large terrace, trampoline, and a balcony on the first floor, our home is a wonderful retreat for families. House in Charlottenlund close to seashore

A perfect house for a family and friends gathering with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one bathroom ensuit) and one toilet. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (180x200cm) and the rest of the rooms have small dobble beds (140x200cm). We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share. We have a big garden with a barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. In

Fantastisk villa med opvarmet pool og spa

Fantastisk mulighed for a hygge sig både inde og ude med hele familien. Udearealet består af en stor terrasse, sofaarrangement, spisebord, loungemøbler, træningsrum og swimmingpool + spa. Swimmingpoolen er opvarmet til 28 grader og spaen 38, så uanset vejret, så kan man hygge i timevis. Indenfor er der god plads til at spille, hygge eller se en god film i det store åbne køkken- og stueområde. Tre værelser i stueplan og derudover værelse + krearum og udklædningsområde i underetagen.

Njut av egen skånegård i hjärtat av vackra Gamla Viken, med stora öppna ytor för samvaro och efterlängtad tid tillsammans, men också med plats för var och en att dra sig undan en stund till eget rum. Tänd grillen i den privata insynsskyddade trädgården, eller lunka ner till någon av hamnens restauranger och folkliv. Stränder finns det många i närområdet, korta som långa, den närmsta bara några minuters promenad bort. Liksom mataffär och konditori för färskt bröd till frukosten.

Der er IKKE køkken, men der er - microovn - airfryer - trykkoger til te og kaffe - Nespresso maskine - køleskab - kulgrill - EL grill. 64 kvm, egen indgang, ugenert terrasse på 36 kvm hvor solen kan nydes. 2 x dobbeltseng 160 x 200. Med inspiration fra både japansk og skandinavisk arkitektur er det en helt særlig oplevelse at træde ind i den store villa. Villaen egner sig især godt til børnefamilier og ligger kun et par minutters gang til stationen hvorfra der går tog direkte til det centrale København hvert 10. minut. The place is ideal for sleep overs , city tours , longer stays and business travel.
