There's a cot set up, & a PortaCot is available on request. The area is quiet & peaceful, with lots of local options from nature to adrenaline. Enjoy the "toots" of Puffing Billy in the distance as you sip on a beverage while overlooking Menzies Creek, or take a walk down our private path to our little rainforest and discover the abundance of native flora and fauna.

This studio apartment is located at the bottom of the property, and is part of the house. It has private access via quite a number of stairs from an off-street guest parking spot. The studio is conveniently located in The Hills, only 700m from Tecoma train station and a 15 minute walk to Belgrave and Upwey shops. The back yard is a shared space with the home occupants, along with 3 chickens named Poached, Scrambled and Fried, who free range in a fenced off section of the garden during the day.

On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Even without ceiling fans! Secure digital door lock with new code generated for each new guest for peace of mind.

The trail goes through several beautiful parks and quiet local streets.
