Gerenoveerd boerenhuis met schuur anno 1901, stond vroeger bekend als de ''Kleine Pastory''. De naam van de B&B “in het Land van Kalk” verwijst naar de diverse kalkovens in de buurt. Een oude Kundersteen groeve uit vervlogen tijden, ligt 200 meter van onze B&B. Voerendaal is de poort van het Limburgse heuvelland. De wandelingen zijn prachtig. Voor fietsers zijn de routes een Walhalla. De Amstel Gold Race en Limburgs Mooiste zijn een van de bekendste wielerrondes die langs onze achtertuin komen.

Huize Carmiggelt is een hoogwaardig afgewerkt vakantiehuisje van 40 m2. Het is ingericht in de stijl van de jaren vijftig, maar heeft alle gemakken van nu. De keuken en badkamer zijn modern en er is centrale verwarming en wifi. Huize Carmiggelt staat aan de rand van een rustig vakantieparkje, direct grenzend aan het bos (Nationaal Park Hoge Kempen).
