The home is minutes from the I-95 and we are a half hour drive of the areas most popular attractions. Note there are stairs and a claw foot tub which may make access difficult for some.

The folklore is that vacationers used to pay a penny to have their belongings transported by ox and wagon from the port at the river to this corner. A two family home built in 1884.
