The Birches - Riverside Suite with a View

Secluded private suite, separate private entrance, 6 acres of a smoking free property. Contactless check in key pad. Large windows, electric kettle, pour over coffee maker. Coffee, tea bags, sugar, mini fridge provided. No kitchen. Property abuts Pemi River with swimming hole. Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
