There is high-speed internet throughout so you can stay connected if needed.

I spent three years renovating this house and now it is ready! The house is located in a walking distance from the beach of Volos and from the center. It is outside Greek style, but inside Scandinavian. All the rooms have aircondition. Because it is in the end of an alley the place is very peaceful. You can experience an authentic Greek neighbourhood! Unfortunately not any kind of pets are allowed because my family also uses the house and we have seviere allergies.

The house is located in Kato Gatzea, 5 minutes on foot from the sea, 17 km from Volos. It is a spacious 2 floor house, consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, W.C, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditions and ceiling fans. The exterior consists of two courtyards with a garden, barbecue and dining area. The backyard in the shade of the trees has an outdoor shower. Access to the house is very easy.

Das Ferienhaus „Agia Triada“ liegt im Süden der Halbinsel Pilion. Das Haus liegt nahe am Meer mit einem einzigartigem Blick auf den gesamten Pagasitischen Golf. Das architektonisch außergewöhnliche Anwesen wurde errichtet im klassischen Pilion-Stil mit Steindach und Deckenhöhen bis zu 5,5 Meter. Der Blick auf das Meer in Richtung des Sonnenuntergangs ist atemberaubend.

Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: το φυσικό περιβάλλον, η ήσυχη τοποθεσία, η άμεση πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα και η φιλική γειτονιά. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, οικογένειες (με παιδιά) και κατοικίδια.

The house is in a quiet and secluded location at the edge of Milina village, half a kilometre from the seafront. The Lafkos hillside rises steeply behind and the surrounding trees and greenery help to keep the house cool even in really hot weather. This spacious family home has a large garden and only one immediate neighbour.
