Villa Kala is renovated old stone house for 13 people in the center of the town Makarska. House is located in the main street, pedestrian zone, 50 m away from seaside and city's main square. Everything you need is few steps away from house - market, shops, restaurants,bakery.. This house contain 2 comfortably furnished apartments for 13 people. The house has separate entrance from the street into garden and open terrace with heated pool and outdoor fireplace, where you can enjoy day and night.

Apartman je okrenut prema moru, gdje možete uživati na balkonu s prekrasnim pogledom na more i otoke. Nalazi se u samom centru Brela, svega 4-5 minuta od centra, plaže i svih aktivnosti. Restorani, supermarket, pekara, kafići, ljekarna, crkva i plaža mogu se obići pješice, a parking vam je besplatan. Domaćin će vas dočekati i dati vam sve preporuke. Apartman idealan za parove i solo putnike.

Everything is within the walking distance - the main square, the Cathedral of St. Mark and the seaside promenade are located 100 m from the house, as well as the city’s pebble beach, which is 3 minutes away. Free parking is 2 minutes away.

Apartment with seaview only 100m from the beach

Very cosy apartment-studio only 100 meters from the beach big balcony with seaview. Medium sized, 2nd floor, two bedrooms(two double beds) each with AC and two bathrooms. Small but equiped kitchen with stove, water kettle and microvawe, coffee machine, frying pans, etc.. IMPORTANT(15.06.-15.09.) Parking in front of the house is free, but it is public and not reserved, so if on move with a car it is advisable to park on private parking lot only 3 min from the house FREE OF CHARGE for my guests.

Makarska old town center

The apartment is located in the centre of Makarska old town, only 20m from the main square. It is part of an old house on the second floor (second and third). On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
