Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. Holiday house "Iva" is located in an isolated place on the end of the village, offering a magnificent view of the sea,only30 m away. Seaview offers from all bedrooms. The house has a large terrace, also with sea views.The house has air conditioning on the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom are located. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with fans instead of air conditioning. As the house is quite old, it may become warm inside during very hot summer days.

The house runs on solar energy; tap water is safe to drink and hot water is supplied by solar panels or a gas boiler. We offer 3 bedrooms, a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, an outdoor kitchen, a bathroom and an enclosed terrace. No WiFi or mobile signal. On the ground floor there is Artatore 1, of approximately 80m2 with its own terrace. On the first floor there is Artatore 2 of approximately 45 m2 with a large terrace that includes a partial sea view. Artatore house offers a very quiet atmosfere and complete relax, close to the beach.
