We rent a part of our big, stone house on beautiful Susak island (with part of our own yard in the shade under the vines). 3 minutes walk from the main beach of Susak. Simple, modern and clean with air conditioning, equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Ideal for romantic couples, small families with small and older children.. ...and it is especially nice and comfortable for tourists in the "golden" age. Holiday house "Iva" is located in an isolated place on the end of the village, offering a magnificent view of the sea,only30 m away. Seaview offers from all bedrooms. The house has a large terrace, also with sea views.The house has air conditioning on the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom are located. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with fans instead of air conditioning. As the house is quite old, it may become warm inside during very hot summer days.

The house is located in the picturesque village of Vidovici located 2 km above the village Martinšćica with indescribably beautiful panoramic views over the bay and the neighboring islands. The unit is fully air-conditioned and has free WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free public parking is provided. The place is close by to the beach (5 min drive). The village has an old authentic Mediterranean spirit and is ideal to enjoy untouched nature that it is surrounded with.
