The Studio at Raheen

The studio at Raheen is private, well appointed and detached from the historic cottage on the property. It has a separate bathroom and laundry area, a well equipped kitchenette, dining space and a comfortable sitting area. It features new furniture, a queen bed and provides great views of the lower lake. Wifi has been upgraded and speeds are good. In front there is a deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. A boardwalk leading to town is close by. There is ample parking and space for boats.

Belle Vue´s Red Room - a relaxing escape

Belle Vue´s Red Room. Located 1,2km from merimbula town center. It has spectacular views overlooking Top Lake and Bay, 65 meters above sea level. This BnB is located beneath the owner’s home. There is a flights of stairs, (22 steps), down to the Red Room. Only 1,2 km to town (15 min walk), yet secluded and surrounded by dense greenery on the edge of a nature reserve of bush land. The boardwalk is just a 7 minute walk away. Please Note: Outdoor kitchen with amenities.

Our place is close to the beach with exceptional views. You’ll love our unique lifestyle, raw, organic living spaces, chemical free living with 'free' clean ocean air. Only a short walk to the beach(s) great for those who seek a health & wellness space. This is a self contained studio adjacent to our home - the kitchenette does not include an oven or stovetop however there is a Weber baby BBQ, a toaster, microwave, fridge and sandwich maker. Forget your worries in this private and spacious renovated lower level. Just steps away from Cocora beach. Studio living area with private bathroom, queen bed, lounge, TV with Netflix, dining table, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and an outdoor BBQ and fire pit. Upstairs is occupied by Jayde, Daniel and their toddler, who work full-time and spend their free time diving. Scuba, snorkelling and freediving packages, plus equipment hire is available with Dive Eden.

Karbeethong Hill

‘Karbeethong Hill’ is a completely SC private one bedroom unit with QS bed. Ensuite, fully equipt kitchen/living room. The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.
