Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går precis ovanför huset.

Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Access to bikes (two) is included.
