Saligna Dam View Guest House

Beautiful thatched cottage with an extra Rondavel set on our farm in the Northern Drakensberg area. It has its own private garden with lawns down to the edge of the dam. In the corner is a gorgeous private swimming pool to enjoy sundownders in on hot lazy summer evenings or keep the kiddies busy. The pool is safely fenced off. Ideal for a couple or a larger group. Lovely farm holiday for all. Although it can sleep 10 comfortably it is perfect for a cosy get away for just two. You will love it.

Loft Room @ Craigrossie

The Loft Room@Craigrossie is a self-catering space for two on Craigrossie Game Farm, 8 km (3kms on good gravel road) outside of Clarens towards Golden Gate. The self-contained space has a loft room with views over the dams & mountains, a queen bed with 100% cotton bedding, bathroom and a kitchenette downstairs. A borehole supplies water. DSTV, WiFi, tea, coffee & kitchen essentials (spices & olive oil) are provided. Bring your own rod for catch & release trout fishing (daily rod fees apply).

Tugela River Lodge: River House

Tugela River Lodge is a pet friendly, self-catering Eco-Lodge, located on a private cattle and game farm on the banks of the Tugela River, near Winterton, KZN, South Africa. We run off solar and gas and invite guest to come and enjoy the quiet side of nature. Our lodge has access to many miles of trails for hiking, biking and running through our private game farm where one can get up close and personal with our resident giraffe. The sounds of the river are sure to put you to sleep at night!

A stunning house filled with bright, natural light. River frontage and valley and mountain views. Two sitting rooms, both with DSTV so you can have sport and cooking on at the same time! Only 6 minutes drive from The Clarens Square and 26 restaurants, yet you can unwind completely in the peacefulness of the wind and sunshine. Lovely walks. Electric blankets and wood burning fires , fully equipped kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms for 6 bedrooms including one with 4 bunk beds. It's huge but homely.

Waterfall River Lodge

This is a unique, comfortable, fully kitted, self-catering house sleeping 8/10 people. Hidden in a quiet corner of our working farm it overlooks a pristine section of the Wilge River, with the famous waterfall and Nelson's Kop mountain providing spectacular scenery. Guests will be able to enjoy absolute peace, uninterrupted views and walks in almost every direction. Please note that the property is remote and the last 200m of the access road will require a high clearance vehicle.

Glenside, an historic Drakensberg farmhouse

This gracious farmhouse situated on a working farm is over 100 years old. It is an ideal getaway for large families and friends. Explore the farmlands , veld and river on foot, cycle the tracks, discover the wildlife or simply enjoy the sweeping views of the Central Drakensberg from the wraparound verandah . The fireplaces in the lounge and dining room are ideal for cosy winter evenings indoors and the large fenced garden has both sunny and shady spots for daytime relaxing.

Clifton Farm House

Clifton farm house is located on a working farm in the Clarens countryside and offers guests a beautiful and peaceful stay. The farm is ideal for hiking, bird watching and mountain biking, followed by a few drinks round the fire. The house is suited to accommodate 4 guests in two private bedrooms each with own bathroom fitted with bath and shower. All doors open out onto a large patio overlooking the mountains and farm. The house has an outdoor braai for guests to use.

Wyford - Garden Cottage

Wyford is a beautiful old school farm set in a valley just 2km off the N3 (about midway between Johannesburg and Durban) offering private self catering cottages. Wyford is great for families, especially with children, and good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. It is of historical interest as it is situated on the first pass over the Drakensburg mountains used by the ox wagons taking supplies to the mines from the coast.
