Welcome Home! A spacious colonial in the very quiet east side of Manchester NH. A Short 2 min drive to Route 93 close to airport (MHT) and downtown Manchester. The first floor features formal dining, large kitchen, eat-in, half-bath plus Laundry, and a large open living room. The second floor features a spacious and bright master bed as well 2 other large bedrooms and 2nd bath.The finished basement is setup with a new 4K projector. Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

This sunny, private suite with a separate entrance and driveway is convenient to everything. If you are going to a concert at the Arena, working downtown, visiting Elliot Hospital, or needing a place to stay while in the Manchester area, it is the place for you. A microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, sitting area, and dining table make meals easy. Your full bathroom comes with soft towels and a hairdryer. The bedspread is washed between guests to ensure your stay is comfortable and clean.

The location is an ideal 20 minutes from the Manchester/Boston Regional airport and 10 minutes from the Merrimack Premium Outlets as well as a wide variety of restaurants. Boston, skiing, the beach and the #1 most hiked mountain in the world are all about an hour away.
