Bonjour, nous serions ravis de vous accueillir dans notre 2 pièces de 40m2 et son jardin privé. Situé à 200m en passant sous un tunnel piéton vous accédez aux plages et restaurants, climatisation réversible, cuisine équipée, vitro céramique, frigo américain , lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, douche à l'italienne, wc séparé. Fibre A 500m du village avec restaurants, commerces, médecins, PMU. Proche de la gare et des transports en commun. Départ chemin de randonnée et VTT à proximité.

Agréable 2 pièces , Non Fumeur à 5 MINUTES à PIED de la plage appartement propre, confortable idéalement situé pour profiter de la Côte d’Azur, ses plages et ses restaurants. Accès sécurisé. La Côte d’Azur sans voiture c’est possible, vous pouvez visiter Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Monaco. Vintimille etc en prenant le train à 2 minutes à pied, de belles visites en perspective. Places de Parking (communales) gratuites tout le long de l’avenue où se trouve l’appartement. parking de L’islette aussi.
