We are located near the Parua Bay village and looking out over the bay. (250m walk to the local beach) There are beautiful short walks from here, including a loop with some boardwalk through the mangroves and beach.The surrounding areas have beautiful scenery, walks and beaches.

If an extra bed/bathroom downstairs is required it would incur a separate $100 charge to cover extra laundry and cleaning costs.

Centrally located at the heart of the famous Orewa beach in the Hibiscus Coast of North Auckland region, 200m distance from the surf beach and 350m from the entrance of the 8km estuary walk/cycle way. The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.

This centrally located apartment built in 2023 is just a short stroll from all that Matakana has to offer. Walk to the markets, movie theatre, shops and restaurants or nip directly across the road to 8 Wired Brewery. Everything is at your fingertips. A stones throw from the waters edge and yet close to all necessary amenities. Ample parking. Easy access and close to town. A good selection of bird life to watch. Please Note: We charge an extra $10.00 per day for EV slow charging using a 10 amp plug. This is payable when this service is used.
