Consisting of a combined kitchenette, dining, living area with queen sized bed and a separate bathroom. Relax on the deck area or kayak or paddle-board out to the bay. Studio Selah is in an ideal location to explore the Whangarei Heads many beautiful beaches and walks. It’s 5 mins drive to Parua Bay Village which has a 4 Square and a couple of cafe’s and is 2 minutes walk to the PB Tavern.

Imagine waking up beside a beachfront grass reserve with short walk <50 metres to the sea shore of Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is a flat beach and tide retreats out quite a way. This ground floor apartment is double glazed and offers comfortable accommodation. please note that if 2 people are staying and wish to use both bedrooms then an additional fee ($40) is charged for linen and 2nd bathroom use Nearby are a multitude of attractions and eateries. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Homely timber living area with balcony and fabulous sea views. Step out on to beautiful Picnic Bay. Ideal sheltered swimming area. 3 minutes walk to Surf beach. 4 minutes drive to shops, cafes, championship golf course. Tariff for 2 people is based on them just using the main bed and bathroom upstairs. If an extra bed/bathroom downstairs is required it would incur a separate $100 charge to cover extra laundry and cleaning costs.
