A peaceful, central, self-contained character cottage. Ideal for 4-day working week, or for weekend stays. Queen bedroom and double Twinkl mattress bedroom & desk sleep two adults, or one or two couples.Three minute drive to nearest Golf Club, 7 minutes to the Ocean Beach. Walk to Museum, cafe & Daring in 4 minutes. Community Park & New World near. Tavern on the estuary & Saturday morning market are a short drive. Minimum 2 night stay - prefer 3-4 night stays. Off-street parking for one car.

Your own three cabins are nestled near 800 year old trees and joined with lights, decks and pathways for you to wander and discover your bath. The bedroom opens out to a covered deck, and the full kitchen has a covered area with a large outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. Up the steps to the bathroom with a fresh, waterless, European electric toilet. Close to nature, beaches, markets, walks, cafes and fun.

This modern guesthouse with a 5 metre stud has a large mezzanine bedroom with a super king bed and two singles, open plan living/dining/kitchen area with extensive decks and concrete floors throughout. There is an outdoor hot spa, an indoor fireplace and indoor/outdoor dining areas, set on a 1 acre property. 2 minutes drive to market, restaurants and takeaways, including the iconic Mangawhai Tavern. 10-15 minutes drive to your choice of white-sand surf beaches and world class golf courses.
