Watch the sunrise from the East balcony, enjoy the sound of waves on the South terrace and fall in love with the sunset, while having dinner on the West balcony. All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. Recomendamos alquilar coches. Importante: al tratarse de espacios muy amplios, el wifi sólo llega a algunas partes de la casa. Situada en una tranquila zona residencial de Vallirana, en el Penedés, cuenta con la ubicación ideal para disfrutar de la naturaleza en su estado más auténtico, realizar rutas senderistas, practicar ciclismo de montaña o acampar al aire libre. En tan sólo 30 minutos puedes llegar a las playas de Sitges, a Barcelona o al aeropuerto del Prat-Barcelona.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

El granero dispone de un salón comedor con cocina negra, una habitación con cama doble, altillo con dos camas y sofá cama en el salón. También tiene doble ducha con ventana para poder admirar la naturaleza mientras te duchas. Chimenea, piscina y rio. Y un entorno con un conjunto monumental formado por una iglesia románica con cripta, un cementerio modernista y poblado íber a 5min. Espectacular! A 5 min un restaurante rural y a 10 min el pueblo/ciudad con todos los supermercados y restaurantes!

Mas Vinyoles Natura is a large farmhouse from the 16th century. XIII, rehabilitated with historical criteria; It is located 80 km from Barcelona, ​​in a natural environment, surrounded by fields and forests, energetically sustainable and with an incredible indoor pool and a soccer field. The use of the jacuzzi will be affected according to the drought emergency states established by the government of Catalonia. As of 05/07/2024, the emergency phase has been lifted and its use is possible.

In Manresa city (NOT BARCELONA), Luxury industrial loft with a sunny terrace, romantic ambience, quiet and amazing views sunsets against the nearby mountains. Designed by an artist to be both highly functional and romantic. Located about 40 kms from Barcelona. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the spacious living room includes bench that converts into 2 single beds if needed (see photos). The loft is on the second floor of the building. There is no lift/elevator. LGBTQ+ friendly.
