Very comfortable home with lots of upgrades. This home is close to everything; 5 min. from airport and train station, 10 min. to local beaches, 30 min. to RI ocean beaches, 10 min. to Providence, and 35 min. from Boston. Check in after 3PM Check out 11AM This home is pet friendly for a fee of $100 per pet. You must provide a pet picture and updated shot records and take full responsibility for any and all pet related issues. Pet maximum weight 30 lbs. You must acknowledge/accept pet policy.

Cozy Cape Escape - Walk to Downtown Mystic

Just over half a mile to Downtown Mystic, we are close to the action but far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic. We are pet friendly, offer private parking, and a large fenced in yard. Whether you want to explore what this area has to offer or simply stay home, sit back, and listen to the birds, this place has it all! Fully furnished with towels, linens, WiFi, cookware, and access to Netflix and a PlayStation 4. The hosts are local and are happy to provide assistance or suggestions.

Beach Cottage, without going over bridges to Cape!

Deeply sanitized, all handles Clorox wiped and cleaned thoroughly for all guests. This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.

Fabulously private space close to the hustle and bustle of downtown. Walking distances to parks and the eclectic Broadway area. Five mins drive to Newport Harbor and shopping area and 10 minute drive to Fort Adams State Park and the famed ocean drive. Close to most wedding venues in the Newport area. Beaches and surfing are all within a 5 minute drive. Fenced in area for your pet and a separate private secure enclosure right outside your door to keep your pet close. Off street parking.

Charming South End Duplex (Pets Ok)

Ground floor duplex with backyard. In the heart of the South End. The best restaurants and coffee shops in Boston are within 1-2 blocks. We are pet friendly with a dog park 1 block away. A Victorian brownstone with 2 floors and a big backyard. 2 separate bedrooms (queen beds) with exposed brick and heavy duty AC units in each BR. The third bed is a queen sized Serta air mattress(easily inflatable) A massive parlor level, very spacious. Easily the best neighborhood in Boston.

Close to Newport Harbor, shops & restaurants. You’ll love the place because of the location! Watch baseball from the porch. Parking is not provided, but there are paid lots less than block away. Do not bring additional guests or pets or you will be charged accordingly

You will be in walking distance to the train station in dowtown Ipswich and biking distance to the beach and Crane's Castle. Also you can explore Cannoing or paddling on the nearby Ipswich River.
