This mid century home is located on a beautiful hill top acre featuring amazing Oro Valley city views that stretch across the valley- 45 miles to a distant view of Picacho peak. On the other side are stellar views of Pusch Ridge and the Catalina mountains, so close, you'll feel as if you can touch them. Walk or drive just 3 minutes through the neighborhood to the Pima Canyon trail head. Shopping and restaurants are just below. The pool is not currently heated but the jacuzzi is hot and ready!

We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

The Blue Lake Boutique is an experience all in itself. It’s the perfect mix of mid century meets southwest. Step back in time to our unique 1955 guesthouse where you will feel like you’re at a secluded mini resort, all while being just 1.5 miles to the U of A, 2.5 miles to Historic 4th Ave and 2.8 miles to downtown. Tucson International Airport is an easy 7 miles and Saguaro National Park East is 13 miles or Saguaro National Park West is 16 miles. Close to all Gem Show exhibits!

Located in the Peter Howell neighborhood, a convenient midtown area close to everything (2.5 mi to UA, 5 mi to downtown).

The Positano is a casita nestled in the Casas adobes estates. Conveniently located on the northwest side of Tucson near a wide range of restaurants and shopping centers. Don't forget to nestle up next to your private fireplace and patio on those cool Arizona nights. Take a relaxing swim day or night, take a seat under the amazing rock waterfall or cool off with the outdoor shower.
