Legenda kaže da je u njoj živio zloglasni gusar kapetan Morgan nakon što je zakopao svoje blago u Dvigradu u Limskom kanalu. Stara kamena kuća potpuno je renovirana 2023. U sklopu kuće su 2 smještajne jedinice koje se mogu iznajmiti pojedinačno ili zajedno. Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Välkommen till denna mysiga lägenhet, med havsutsikt,i hjärtat av gamla staden i Rovinj. Här har du nära till allt. Utanför dörren finns en mysig lokal restaurang och en minimarket. 50 m från dörren finns havet och stranden. Stenkast därifrån hittar ni kyrkan st Euphemia och alla de andra lokala caféer, barer och restauranger. Perfekt ställe att bara koppla av och njuta av varandra och den fina staden Rovinj.

Renovated old stone house in quiet village. Over 300y old. Pool can be heated April-October (100€ per week payable on spot). House has private parking, private pool, garden surounded with fence, outdoor grill, outdoor dining table. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms,Sat-TV, Playstation, wi-fi, air condition in every room,... Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.

App Sun, 70m from beach

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Stone House Mate

Detached stone house Mate for 2 persons. It has one sleeping room, kitchen, toalet and, a balcony. It's an ideal escape from the city, also perfect for recreational athletes. There is a possibility of storing sport equipment. Rovinj village is located near city of Rovinj and it's a few minutes away by car. In the village it's the best to do everything by walk.

Rovinj Carera

Apartment located 10m from the main Carera street, 100m from the main promenade by the sea where there are many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, galleries, boats .. 5 minutes from the church of Sv. Euphemia. The nearest beach in a beautiful pine forest is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
